(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to take strict legal action against the private respondents on the basis of complaints dated 15.11.2023 and 18.12.2023 (Annexures P-1 and P-2, respectively) moved by the petitioner to respondent No. 2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana and get conducted proper enquiry from some senior officer not below the rank of Senior Superintendent of Police. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No. 2Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to consider and take a final decision on complaints dated 15.11.2023 and 18.12.2023 (Annexures P-1 and P-2, respectively) made by the petitioner, in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, without going into the merits of the present petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2-Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, to forthwith consider the grievance(s) raised by the petitioner in the aforesaid complaints and take action thereupon as he deems fit, in accordance with law, within a period of 04 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
