Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to the police authorities to conduct fair investigation in FIR No.448 dated 25.12.2015 under Sections 120-B, 34, 420, 467, 468 IPC, registered at Police Station Shivaji Colony, Rohtak.

Reply by way of affidavit of Assistant Superintendent of Police, Sampla, District Rohtak, filed in the Court today, is taken on record, in which it is stated that a detailed inquiry was conducted during the investigation, disclosure statements of Rajesh Hooda and his wife Rinku were recorded, in which it is stated that they have no objection in releasing the service benefits of Swaraj Hooda in favour of the petitioner and her son, VISHNU 2022.04.06 11:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh

CRM-M-12452-2021 -2therefore, finding no incriminating evidence against them, an untraced report was prepared on 30.05.2019 and the same was submitted to the Superintendent of Police, Rohtak for approval. Learned State counsel submits that the untraced report will be presented before the Illaqa Magistrate within a period of two months from today.
