    In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure case of motor vehicular accident and the fact that the offences for which the accused has been hauled up are not of serious nature and that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about peace, amity and harmony for betterment of their future life, and in view of the law laid down in %&'(!&()*+!,',-

" the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.27 dated 23.01.2014 registered at Police Station Jodhewal, District Ludhiana under Sections 279, 323, 324, 506 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
