Mr. Piyush Setia, Advocate, enters appearance on behalf of respondents No. 1(i), (iii), (v), (vi), (vii) and (viii) and submits that the appeal is rendered infructuous because the parties entered into an out of court settlement on 18.03.2011 which has been implemented. He places on record a photocopy of the deed of settlement which is in Gurmukhi. 2.
