CRM-M-14382-2016 -2The grievance of the petitioner is that she left her matrimonial house in the month of April, 2016 and she does not want to live with her husband, in-laws and her parents due to their cruel behavior. In this regard, she has made a representation (Annexure P-2) to respondent Nos.2 to 4 for protection of her life and liberty but no action has been taken till date. Upon notice, reply has been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 stating therein that FIR No.270 dated 03.05.2016 under Section 346 IPC was registered at Police Station Sadar Palwal on the complaint of Harbir son of late Sh. Balbir Singh. After registration of FIR, the police investigated the matter and the petitioner was recovered on 25.05.2016 and got recorded her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. As per her statement it was found that she is living separately willfully and nobody confined her illegally. Therefore, cancellation report has been prepared and submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate.

Reply by way of affidavit has also filed on behalf of respondent No.8 to the effect that he is living separately with his family and has no interference with the family affairs of the petitioner and her in-laws. In view of the above-said facts, no further action is required to be taken in the present petition, therefore, the same is hereby dismissed.
