Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel submits that after filing the chargesheet (challan), the petitioner has been granted regular bail by learned trial Court and as such, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel for the respondents have not controverted the above submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
