IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB & HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH
CRM-M-13394-2015 (O&M) Date of decision: 27.04.2015 Harbans Kaur ..... Petitioner
Versus
State of Punjab and others ..... Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.P. NAGRATH PRESENT: Mr. Mansur Ali, Advocate for the petitioner. R.P. NAGRATH, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect her life and liberty at the hands of respondent No. 4. The petitioner is stated to have purchased the property in question from one Satnam Singh vide registered sale deed dated 05.09.2014. It is further contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not being permitted to enter into the plot which is in her possession. It is further contended that a civil suit was also filed at the instance of respondent No. 4 with regard to property in question.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at considerable length, I am of the considered view that no indulgence of this Court is required at this stage. The petitioner is at liberty to avail other alternative remedies, in accordance with law. The instant petition stands disposed of in the above terms. April 27, 2015 ( R.P. NAGRATH ) rishu JUDGE RISHU KATARIA 2015.04.
