NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 90 dated 06.06.2023 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323/34, 376, 406, 498-A, 506 and 511 IPC at Women NIT Police Station, Faridabad and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise deed dated 10.07.2023 (Annexure P-2).

At the outset, on instructions from HC Sudha, learned counsel for the State submits that in the present there are total 05 accused/petitioners herein and after completion of investigation, the police has prepared the cancellation report and presented the same before the trial Court on 14.07.2023.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
