(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent nos.2 to 4 to investigate the matter fairly, scientifically and impartially in FIR No.0493 dated 18.09.2019 under Sections 346 IPC and Sections 387-D, 365, 342 and 506 IPC (added later on) registered at Police Station Tauru, District NuhMewat. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the FIR in question was registered on 18.09.2019, but the same is still under investigation.
