(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to investigate the matter fairly, scientifically and impartially in case FIR No. 2 dated 15.09.2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323 and 506 IPC at Police Station Utawad, District Palwal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that purpose of instant petition would be achieved, if, respondent No. 3-Superintendent of Police, Palwal, is directed to look into the matter and do the needful, if required.
