(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for setting aside the part of the order dated 29.01.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned ASJ, Fazilka in CRA No.45 of 2020, titled as "Karaj Singh Vs. HDFC Bank", whereby the learned Court directed the petitioner to deposit 20% of the compensation as awarded in the judgment dated 13.01.2020 passed by the learned trial court as the part of the order is wholly based on surmises and conjectures.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition.
