The present appeal pertains to the year 1993. Vide order dated 13.01.2023 passed by this Court notices were issued to the appellants as well as respondents No.1 and 2.

As per the Office report, the appellants have been duly served. However, no one has appeared on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
