NIDHI GUPTA J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as vide impugned order dated 19.2.2018, the interim maintenance of Rs.4000/- granted to respondent No.1 was enhanced to Rs.20,000/- per month. Learned counsel submits that now the petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C., filed by the respondent No.1, stands finally decided and therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous as challenge in this petition was only qua interim maintenance, granted vide order dated 19.2.2018.

Ordered accordingly.
