Ms. Vaishali Kamboj, Advocate for respondent No.1. **** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of complaint No.303/2015 titled as Karnail Singh vs. Vikram sikngh and others (Annexure p-1) as well as summoning order dated 10.08.2018 (Annexure P-2) qua the offence under Sections 447, 323, 506, 34 of IPC (after Chargesheet Sections 120-B and 506 IPC was added later on) passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kurukshetra. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to take all such pleas before the trial Court at appropriate stage.

Allowed as prayed for.
