In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents No. 2 to consider the representation dated 05.12.2017 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner; further to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondent No. 4 and to conduct the enquiry regarding false registration of the case FIR No. 102 dated 06.12.2017 (Annexure P-3) under Sections 447 and 551 IPC, Police Station Dharamgarh, District Sangrur. 2.
Status report has not been filed as learned State counsel submits that copy of paper-book has not been supplied by learned counsel for the petitioner, so far.
