Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.8 dated 01.02.2024, under Sections 406 and 498-A of the IPC, registered at P.S. Women, District Ludhiana. 2.

At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, however, with liberty to file a fresh petition, on the same cause of action, with better particulars. 3.

Permission granted.

Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
