**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The instant petition is for quashing of FIR No. 21 dated 24.2.2017 registered under Sections 363, 366-A IPC and Section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Fatehgarh Churian, District Batala (Annexure P-1) and all the consequent proceedings arising out of the same, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties.

No one appears for the petitioner. Report for the second time has been received. None of the parties appeared before the Court below for getting their statements recorded.
