(ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the official respondents for early conclusion of the investigation in FIR No. 36 dated 7.3.2015 under Sections 494/498-A/406/420 IPC., registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly states that before approaching this Court, petitioner could not move an appropriate representation to the competent authority, i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka-respondent No.2, because of inadvertence. He further submits that given an opportunity, petitioner shall approach respondent No.2 by moving an appropriate representation within a period of two weeks from today and he may be directed to consider and decide the same, within a reasonable time.

CRM-M-13434 of 2015 (O&M) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Senior Superintendent of Police, Fazilka-respondent No.2, is directed that if the petitioner approaches him within a period of two weeks from today by moving an appropriate representation, he shall consider and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
