This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.1 to 5 to open the outlet RD 7100-R, Umra Minor, continuously and to restore it in its original position, in view of Annexures P-1 to P-3.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners pleads no instructions.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
