Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.85 dated 17.08.2023 registered under Sections 22(c) of NDPS Act, 1985 (Section 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 added later on) at Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer of Police Station Valtoha, District Tarn Taran, Punjab submits that in compliance of order 13.03.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 13.03.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute. However the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when called upon and shall abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
