(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No. 60 dated 02.04.2008 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Sector-31, Faridabad and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 15.12.2018 (Annexure P-7) effected in between the parties. Pursuant to order dated 01.03.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad, on 16.03.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad, has submitted her report dated 16.03.2019, vide letter No. 261 dated 18.03.2019, duly forwarded by the learned District RISHU KATARIA 2019.05.09 11:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-9260-2019 -2and Sessions Judge, Faridabad, vide letter No. 9238/H.4 (Status) dated 18.03.2019.

According to the report, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad, is satisfied that compromise effected between the parties is without any threat or pressure from either of the sides and the same is valid.

In compliance of order dated 01.03.2019, original receipts regarding deposit of costs of ` 15,000/- have also been produced in Court today. The same are taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. Considering the report of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad dated 16.03.2019 and deposit of costs as well as the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No. 60 dated 02.04.2008 (Annexure P-1) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed, qua the petitioners only.
