Vide order dated 23.03.2023 notices were issued to the appellants. As per the office report, appellant Nos.1, 2 and 5 are stated to have died. The legal representatives of appellant Nos.1, 2 and 5 have not come forward to get themselves impleaded as parties. Appellant Nos.3 and 4 remain unserved as they were not found residing at the given address. Service of appellant Nos.3 and 4 was effected at the address given in the memo of parties and there is no other address available with the Court. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
