The present appeal pertains to the year 1993. In the present case notices were issued to the appellants by the Registry as the contact details of the counsel earlier representing them could not be traced out. As per office report, appellant Nos.1, 2 and 5 are stated to have died. Appellant No.3 stands duly served. Appellant No.4 remains unserved with the report that she is married and is residing with her in-laws. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representatives of appellant Nos.1, 2 and 5.
