(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

A copy of this order be conveyed to Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala for necessary compliance.

At this stage, it has been informed by learned counsel for the petitioner that one of the accused has been declared a 'Proclaimed Offender'.

The trial Court shall examine the feasibility fo segregating the trial of the co-accused who is stated to be 'Proclaimed Offender' as otherwise the same would lead to unnecessary delay in conclusion of trial of the accused who are before the Court.
