The trial Court has dismissed the application, filed by the defendant to allow him to examine the Handwriting and Fingerprint Expert, in order to prove the signatures on an affidavit. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that the aforesaid affidavit proves redemption of mortgage. 3.

The plaintiff has filed a suit for grant of decree of possession by way of specific performance of the agreement to sell dated 06.05.2016. 4.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner fails to draw the attention of the Court to a document, which proves that the agreement to sell (a valid contract) between the parties was ever cancelled. 5.

The hearing of the suit is at the fag end. Hence, no ground is made out to interfere. Consequently, the present revision petition is dismissed.
