It was submitted that during investigations petitioners were found innocent and their names put in column no.2, however, after the statement of the complainant in Court, now they have been summoned. Vide order dated 29.4.2016 while issuing notice of motion it was directed that in the event of surrendering before the trial court within 10 days, petitioners be released on interim bail. At the time of hearing today,learned counsel states that in compliance of the said order, petitioners surrendered before the trial court RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.05.17 18:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
