This is an application for permission to withdraw the civil revision petition listed for 11.10.2021. In the application it is contended that since the petitioner has already suffered a huge loss, he is not in a position to pursue the case, therefore, he be permitted to withdraw the petition. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has reiterated such assertions praying for pre-poning the date of hearing in the main petition granting him permission to withdraw the same.

The application is allowed.
