Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.81 dated 20.02.2021 registered under Sections 370 (3, 4, 5) and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Dabua, Faridabad, Haryana.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the trial Court again after completion of the investigation.

The prayer is accepted.
