The present regular second appeal has been filed by the plaintiff-appellant challenging the judgment and decree dated 28.04.1993 of the First Appellate Court whereby the judgment and decree dated 30.07.1992 passed by the Trial Court in his favour was reversed and his suit for realizing the amount of Rs.7286/- was dismissed. 2.

The pecuniary subject matter of the present appeal is Rs.7286/- which does not exceed Rs.25,000/-. As per Section 102 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 no second appeal shall lie from any decree when the subject matter of the original suit is for the recovery of money not exceeding Rs.25,000/-.

Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed off being not maintainable.
