The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.236 dated 15.12.2023 under Sections 386, 420, 506 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Jathlana, District Yamuna Nagar. 2.
In compliance of order dated 27.02.2024, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been granted the concession of regular bail, however, the issue kept open in the order dated 27.02.2024, as to whether the authorities have acted in accordance with law and have arrested a person by purposefully invoking the wrong provisions of law which has curtailed his right to life and liberty be protected, as he prays for time to file an appropriate petition raising the said issue. Although, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a short synopsis in the present petition and a copy has been supplied to the counsel for the State, however, all these issues are also kept open to be agitated before the competent authorities/Court of competent jurisdiction. 4.
In light of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present case, accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty, the present petition stands disposed of.
