(ORAL) Ms. Anju Arora, Addl. A.G., Punjab, has joined the proceedings on behalf of respondents No.1 to 6 in this case, in pursuance of the copies of this petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance.

After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the other efficacious remedy. However, learned State counsel submits that she has no objection in the withdrawal of this petition but the said efficacious remedy must not be barred by the law of limitation. Accordingly, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed for having been withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to resort to the alternative efficacious and appropriate remedy, if permissible under the law of limitation.
