**** MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU , J. (ORAL) It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that in terms of order dated 06.04.2018, the petitioners have joined the investigation on 18.04.2018 and their custodial interrogation is no longer required in this case.

The above factual position is duly acknowledged by learned counsel for U.T., Chandigarh, on instructions from ASI Balinder Singh, by submitting that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners is not required any more.
