This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 155 dated 14.08.2014 under Sections 452, 120-B, 148, 149, 447, 511 IPC and section 25, 27/57/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station Zira District Ferozepur.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from H.C. Angrez Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated August 10, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated August 10, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
