As per reply, cancellation report has been filed in case FIR No. 309 dated 11.08.2017 registered under Sections 306 and 452 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Beri, District Jhajjar, in Court and the complainant has been informed to appear before the Court, who shall have alternative remedy to file protest petition.

In view of the above, no further action is required in this petition. Accordingly, the same stands disposed of.
