******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.17 dated 13.02.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 325, 324, 323, 34, 148, read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot. Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on file copy of order dated 16.04.2018 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Faridkot, whereby petitioner Nirmal Singh has been allowed interim bail under order dated 11.04.2018 passed in this case.

CRM-M-14449-2018 -2Station Sadar Kotkapura, District Faridkot for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 325, 324, 323, 34, 148, read with Section 149 of Indian Penal Code. After filing of cancellation report, complainant has filed protest petition in which proceedings are going on. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner, as such, is no more required. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed and order dated 11.04.2018 is made absolute, subject to the following terms:- (i) that the petitioner shall keep on appearing before trial Court regularly;

(ii) that the petitioner shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the accusation against him so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer;

(iii) that the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
