(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this petition and prays that since the petitioners are women, they may be given liberty to move an application for exemption from personal appearance before the trial Court. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case such an application is moved, same shall be considered sympathetically and decided by the trial Court by passing an appropriate order. Petitioners will submit an undertaking that they will not raise any objection qua the evidence/proceeding that may be recorded/commenced during their absence and would be present in trial Court as and when so directed.
