The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.579 dated 14.08.2017 under Sections 363, 366A, 457, 380 IPC registered at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
