It is averred that petitioner was enlarged on bail vide order dated 1.4.2014 passed by the learned trial court and due to his solitary non-appearance on 29.2.2016 due to wrong noting of the date his bail bonds were cancelled and NBWs issued.

CRM-M 14541/2016 At the time of hearing today,learned counsel states that in compliance of the said order, petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 9.5.2016 and was released on interim bail. Learned State counsel on instructions is unable to refute the said factual position.

In view of the above interim bail granted by the trial court, pursuant to the order dated 2.5.2016, is made absolute. Disposed of.
