Present petition under Section 482, Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners for issuing directions to the official respondents not to harass the petitioners by calling them again and again to the Police Station in pursuance to the complaints bearing No.1154 PC-7/23 dated 31.03.2023 and 324 PC-7/24 dated 29.01.2024 (Annexures P5 and P-6), filed against them.

Mr. Kewal Singh, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and submits that in case the petitioners are required in relation to any enquiry of allegations alleging out of the aforementioned complaint(s), they shall be served with advance notice(s) under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C.
