The present appeal pertains to the year 1993. Vide order dated 22.03.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, sole appellant has died. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the appellant nor any counsel has put in appearance on their behalf. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are also stated to have died. Respondent No.3 stands duly served. However, there is no representation on behalf of respondent No.3 despite service. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
