(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions to plead that the petitioner, Baldev Singh, has since died, therefore, the present petition for quashing of FIR No. 23, dated 30.4.2010, for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 182, 193, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471, IPC, registered at Police Station, Sadiq, District Faridkot, has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the respondents have not controverted the above prayer.
