ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 23.12.2022, when none appearedfor parties and Registry was asked to issue notice toparties as well as their counsels.Needful has been done. Office report reveals that letter issued to learned counsel for appellant has been received back duly served, yet none appears on behalf of appellant, whereas notice issued to appellant has been received back with the report that the address is incomplete.In the aforesaid premise, issuance of fresh notice to appellant would be an exercise in futility for lack of correct particulars of address.It seems that due to sheer long pendency of the appeal before this Court over a period of around 30 years, parties to lis have lost interest as none appears for appellant. In the premise, instant appeal is dismissed in default. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
