CRM No.M-16791 of 2013 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of these petitions the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties, therefore, he has instructions to withdraw these petitions with liberty to file afresh for quashing of FIR No.185 dated 12.12.2012 under Sections 498A/ 324/323/149/326 IPC registered at Police Station Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar City on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties.
