**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) At the very outset, learned State counsel on instructions from S.I. Surinder Pal, P.S. Dehlon submits that the blockade created by the protestors has been lifted and as of now, there is no such hindrance at the site.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of, however, with a liberty to the petitioner that in case, statement of fact made by learned State counsel is ultimately found to be untrue, the petitioner may rake PRINCE SAINI 2021.12.22 12:07 I attest to the accuracy of this order
