As directed, when the case was taken up earlier today, petitioner no. 2 has filed his affidavit with regard to his permanent and temporary addresses. His permanent address is House No. 2465/45, Vijay Nagar, Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar and temporary address is Kawdi Road, Arjun Nagar, Tehsil and District Panipat.

Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions submits that house number of the residence at Kawdi Road, Arjun Nagar, Tehsil and District Panipat, has not been allotted so far by the Municipality.

In view of the limited prayer made in the petition and without commenting upon the validity of marriage or correctness of ages of the petitioners, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar to look into the allegations contained in representation dated 26.04.2015 (Annexure P-5) and if warranted, take appropriate action in accordance with law.

It is made clear that if a complaint for criminal offence or an FIR is pending, this order shall not cause any hindrance in those proceedings.
