(ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 405 dated 22.12.2020 registered under Section 304 IPC, Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 4.3.2021 (Annexure P-3) arrived at between the parties. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Ashok Singh Chaudhary, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. At this stage, Mr. R.K.Choudhary, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 and has filed his power of attorney which is taken on record. He has not disputed the factum of compromise effected between the parties.
