At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner'states that the trial is at fag end. Therefore, he has instructions to withdraw the present petition filed for quashing of FIR No.6 dated 31.01.2015, under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B, 376 of IPC (Section 4 of POCSO Act was added later on), registered at Police Station Goraya, Jalandhar City and all its subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua petitioner. 3.

In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
