**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) The petitioners, by way of present petition, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to release the compensation amount of their acquired land / plots alongwith statutory benefits.

[2] Learned State Counsel has produced a copy of sanction order dated 25.05.2026 passed by respondent No. 5-Administrator, HSVP, whereby a sum of Rs. 4,27,270/- is payable to the petitioners. He further informs that the needful shall be done within fifteen days from today. [3] In view of the above assurance / undertaking, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition any further. [4] Disposed of accordingly.

[5] It is made clear that in case the needful is not done, the petitioners shall be at liberty to seek revival of the present petition and the DINESH KUMAR 2026.05.27 18:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
