(Oral) Counsel for the State, on the basis of the affidavit of the Engineer-in-Chief, Irrigation & Water Resources Department, Haryana, Panchkula, as well as the release order issued by the Executive Engineer, submits that since all the service benefits of the petitioner have been released and he is getting the monthly pension, this petition may be disposed of having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
