(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for release of the petitioner on interim bail pending consideration of his prayer for pre-mature release. Vide order dated 29.02.2024, the petitioner was ordered to be released on interim bail with a request to respondent No.6 to consider and decide his prayer for pre-mature release. Learned State counsel has produced an order dated 07.03.2024 whereby, the request of the petitioner for pre-mature release has been acceded to.

In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of.
